1. Terms of Service

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fribourg, Switzerland.

The Scope of Service

"Your Internal Compass" offers digital educational materials and text-based mentoring. All intellectual property, including the '6 Pillars' methodology, 'Internal Compass' branding, and visual designs, remains the sole property of Karin Kneubühl Chavez Vallarino.

Digital Library (CHF 37): A self-study suite of high-resolution PDF guides and tools.
Supported Path (CHF 247): Includes the digital library plus 60 days of asynchronous mentoring via WhatsApp or Email.

Important: No 1:1 live video or phone sessions are included in these offers. These programs are educational and are not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical advice. Provider reserves the right to terminate the mentoring relationship if it is determined that the Client's needs exceed the scope of educational coaching and require clinical or emergency intervention. In such rare cases, a pro-rated refund may be discussed.

Digital Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital files. Access is for one user only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Provider is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Stripe, Google, or Email providers).

Mentoring Boundaries (Supported Path Only)

Mentoring is provided Monday–Friday during standard business hours. While I strive for proximity and support, responses are not instantaneous. This is a "supportive trail," not an emergency service.

Asynchronous mentoring allows for thoughtful, non-instantaneous exchanges. Clients may send messages at any time; however, responses will be provided during business hours (CET), typically within 24–48 hours.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (The Digital Library — CHF 37)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of the Internal Compass Digital Library are final. No refunds can be issued once the high-resolution PDFs have been accessed or downloaded.

The Supported Path (CHF 247)

I am committed to supporting your recalibration. If, within the first 7 days of purchase, you feel the methodology or the mentoring style does not resonate with your needs, you may request a partial refund.

An administrative and digital access fee of CHF 50 will be retained to cover the cost of the digital assets already delivered and Stripe processing fees.
Refund requests must be made in writing by email (karink.coach@gmail.com) within 7 days. The 60-day mentoring period is a fixed term and cannot be paused or extended. If a refund is granted (minus the CHF 50 non-refundable access fee), all mentoring services will cease immediately.
After 7 days, or once significant mentoring engagement via WhatsApp/Email has occurred, no refunds will be issued.

3. Privacy & Data

Your data (Name, Email, WhatsApp number, and survey responses) is used solely for the delivery of your purchased service and internal communication. I will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Anonymized Data & Statistics: I may use anonymized reflections or progress statistics (e.g., "80% of participants moved from a 3 to an 8 on the scale") for research, development, and professional presentations to publishers, literary agents, or potential investors for "The Art of Being You" App development. In these cases, all identifying personal details are removed to ensure 100% anonymity.
Testimonials: Specific testimonials or success stories are only shared with your explicit, written consent provided in the Final Review survey, where you can choose to remain anonymous or be mentioned.
Payments: Processed securely via Stripe; I do not store your credit card details.
Data Retention: Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the service and legal requirements.
The Right to be Forgotten: You may request the deletion of your contact data at any time after the mentoring period ends by emailing karink.coach@gmail.com.
